Oh, my word! How fortunate you were to visit Steve. He was on the Emerald Coast of FL a number of years back, specifically Eglin AFB in Shalimar. I didn't see him, but it was nice to know he was in the area and I saw photos that an inlisted man's wife brought into the office.
Your photos are priceless. Thank you for sharing them with us. This tragedy has affected people more than nearly any other event in history. It has brought this author to his knees in weeping for him.
Though we must go on, right now it is impossible for me to go back to sleep in the mornings as Steve comes to mind and the tears find themselves upon my face. I will never completely get over this, but I am glad that we have Steve's programs to see the living icon that he will always be.
aggro, that croc has a horrible temper, i just saw a thing about how he caught him alone, took forever to tie him up and get him in the box, then he even nearly destroyed the box, that animal has attacked him probaly more then any of the other animals combined.
also has destroyed more mowing equipment then any other croc in the world.
I am jealous that you got to get that close to this man.
Thank you for sharing your pictures. Those are ones to be treasured. One of my lifetime goals was to take a trip to Australia so I could visit the Australia zoo, and possibly meet a man I admired more than any other.
Maybe one day I'll get there, I'll get to see where a legacy started and a legend lived.
Wow! Thanks for posting these for us to enjoy seeing.
I never got to see Steve in person... you can treasure these photo's and memories of your visit to Au zoo.
It looks like you had a great trip... I'm glad that you were able to see the Irwin family.
Thank you for sharing your pics with us!
Sincerely,
Tess
I had to modify this because I made spelling errors that I would normally not have made. This has been hard on everyone and I’m still crying over the loss of Steve and every time I think of Terri and the children I cry more. Anyway I probably made all kinds of errors on my posts… if I did please forgive me.

Thank you so much for sharing the pictures. They were great. That must of been a wonderful vacation. To see the Crocodile Hunter himself in person. Thank you! RIP Steve Irwin
Wow! I loved seeing your pictures. They are something to treasure for sure. I like that you captured Steve doing ordinary parent stuff watching Bindi from the grandstands. It shows the other side of Steve we didn't get to see much. Thanks!
How very fortunate you were to have met Steve and his family, and to witness the wonderful work that he and his family have dedicated their life to in Austrailia. It will be a trip to remember for a life time. It probably hits you even harder about his death, since you had a chance to meet him. A piece of history.
It would be great to let see and meet Steve personally. We can - sorry could - only follow him only through TV prgrams on animal Planet from Europe, Hungary. Thanks for lettin us see these pictures.
We are so sad becouse of this sudden end... Steve would be missing forever
