One question for everyone here.

After speaking to several of the people in this thread, and gaining an understanding from them. Why must people that do not serve bash those that do (that includes the pres and the cab)?

Most of what I have seen in this and other thread like it is pure and utter BS.

Please explain how you feel the need to critique what we do when you do nothing!

I do support our troops. I just don't support the idiots that started this war for manufactured reasons. The same idiots that are hijacking our freedoms, the bunch that hasn't done anything domestically for the working class. THE ONLY POLICY THAT THIS ADMINISTRATION HAS HAD SUCCESS WITH IS TO GIVE THE RICH HUGE TAX BREAKS. If you don't recognize the problems and the multiple pending crisis that are looming ahead, then YOU and people like you are part of the problem. The B.S. that you elude to will eventually effect you also. I suggest you quit looking at the glass as being half full and more like half empty...I come from the Viet Nam era..a lot of my generation died on foriegn soil from another manufactured war, the friends I have that served are permantly scarred from that war, and like the veterans of today's war..once they come home they don't recieve the care that their government owes them for their sacrifice. Take off the Rose colored glasses provided to you by the White House propaganda machine..and get a reality check. This country is $10 trillion in debt..50 million people with out healt care, record homeless, the highest per capata prisoner population in the western world, we are being invaded 12 million illegal aliens, record foreclousures, 70% dependent on foriegn oil..since Viet Nam the cost of living has risen close to 600% earnings for the working class has only gone up overall by most estimates a little over %300. I speak to young people these days and they tell me they have faith in the future..they can't afford to go to college..they can't find decent paying jobs...they Can join the military and risk getting killed for money and the V.A. benefits they are promissed.. but they are not sure the government will honor those promisses. and..As for as doing nothing..I worked and paid my taxes religiously for 4 decades..I'M RETIRED. W Bush had his daddy's influence to keep him from going to Viet Nam..CHENEY DIDN'T SERVE..he was deferred..What was Karl Rove's rank in the military? tHESE ARE THE PEOPLE THAT MADE DECISIONS TO GO TO WAR... AND YOU..think our concerns about all these issues it's all B.S. It's no wonder that incompetence is flourishing in this country..your statements speak volumes about what is wrong with this nation. Concerning the Middle East mess, If there was no country of Israel what would the middle east look like? Why are there no complaints against the Israelis about human rights abuse,s? Where is it written that Palastine belongs to the Jew,s? (other than scriptures). Why is there no concerted effort by the Israel,s to work for peace within the region? Why is there a distinct effort by the muslim neighbors to destroy Israel? Allright K give me your answer minus the religious hoop la you are famous for.

Next time I look at my pay check I will look for your name. Actually the DOD pay me. And the equipment you provide although not of great quality is payed for by Congress thru the appropriations comittee. And the equipment requested creates jobs,and industry for the cogressional types whose geographical area,s benefit. No I think the Pres is an idiot,and his handling of foreign policy sucks.By the way another thing some of the lower ranking enlisted men and families income is just a few dollars above the poverty rate. When I entered the service the pay was seventy five dollars a month,with three hots and a cot, one of my neighbors who is now in Iraq as a civilian,working for a private contractor,makes enough to send his two children to seperate Ivy league colleges, and his stay at home wife seems to be driving a new car every six months.Tell me about benefits.

well I posted what seem to be a short history of Israel from the days the Hebrews arrived until the state of Israel was founded in 1948. It seems there was a problem with posting these historically accurately defined events. Ford..I tried to answer that question. I don't see Pat posting anymore on these issues he's tied up with the Kopple agendas I guess. I posted a general cronological history of documented ancient percieved facts..aside from the theological explainations of the origins of Judea /aka. Palastine/ aka. Israel. It was faily long and I put in a lot of time from some research notes I had accumulated. It was written in plain language without abusive language..rather Bland..However it was the Truth..and all of it was friggin censored. So that is why you and scores of people like yourself,, anti jew anti Israel are so much in the dark about the history of that region.. I'll give you a hint...most palastinians have jewish blood.. and no doubt probably as many have Palastinian blood. It's Islam that doesn't belong in the region..they invaded a peacefull nation consisting of Hebrews/ Jews & Philistiens, ( both a mix combination and ancestors of present day Israelies & Philastiniens alike. They had lived together inter married shared commerce and even jewish Idealogy for well over 15 hundred years..The they were over run by the Barbarian Islamist around 1690 AD. The Palastinians and the Israelies are not only linked by common ground of common ground..but also by DNA...ISLAM IS THE CULPRIT AND IT DOESN'T BELONG IN THE MID EAST. You still did not answer the question,beingwhat say the territory claimed by Israel really belongs to Isarael other than by military action.Where is the scientific proof of belonging? Taking into consideration that the lands were once occupied by a multitude of foreign armies. To give you a clue my great grand father died inthe holocast, not as a jew,but as a Pole who fought the Nazis,yet do you think there is no mention of other people who died in the Koncetration Loger,Why? My sources tell me that the Israelies do not want peace . I suggest that you read up on the History of the origins of Islam.. that began with he spititual revelations of Mohammed when he was 40 years old living in Mecca..and what happen after he was forced to leave Mecca and to exile up to the north in Medina. Islam was born two years later by the blood of the sword of Islamic Jihad..the same SWORD that is still used today to force an Idealogy through fear and damnation. Ford..bing!!!.. get to the truth by researching for it..yourself.. The non theological history is available and can be cross referenced. In 600AD records were kept and documents of these records are available for your review. Unless you research the history like I did..then what you believe is just second hand knowlege or propaganda. Basing ones opinions on propaganda that's designed to influence your thoughts does not bode well for discovering the real truth. That kind of thinking process leads to what is called Naivite. The history of that whole region is amazingly complicated..since the dawn of man..Civilization started there...and it may just end there also.
