Does anyone recall seeing an episode that showed a woman having an augmentation using the tram flap method that is usually reserved for women having a reconstruction after cancer?
My husband told me about it and I told him he has to be mistaken since, as I said, usually its used to reconstruct, not augment. He insisted that it was used to augment.
I think this would be ideal since the blood vessels are left intact and its your own tissue. It can just grow, I presume, into the tissue already in your breast. Also, does anyone have a clue as to why lipoed fat can't be put in the breast? Its used in butt lifts and you sit on that part of the body, so why not in the breast where it just sits, or hangs, as the case may be?
