I will be attending a wedding in late April...we are still having winter here!!!! Is it OK to wear awesome boots w/skirt or do the boots go to the back of the closet?

Um... are they ankle boots or knee highs? If they are tall, then probably not with a skirt, even though it is like winter. Maybe you could pair your boots with a cute pantsuit and a jewel-toned top.
