I just don't know what to wear on Top.

Personally with my teal cord skirt I wear either a neutral (usually brown) fitted t-shirt or a thin sweater and go for a texture based outfit with the teal being my color factor. I also have a nice chocolate brown cord tailored jacket that works well for the texture aspect.... You can go along this same route with your skirts but I would add color into your choices for tops. Be sure to stick with tops that fit close to the body if the skirts are fuller cuts.
