Just saw a preview for an upcoming episode of Ice Road Truckers. Alex, the one likeable driver of the bunch, will be diagnosed with a PE after he starts coughing up blood.
He and Phil have one thing in common: many, many hours in a chair. Alex would drive for 16-20 hours straight, and Phil was known for being in the chair for 26 hours. Let that be a lesson. Get up and walk around a bit.
or they could redesign the wheelhouse so they can lay down like the military air refuelers.. they lay on their stomach and look out the back of the plane.
