Hi guys, well the winter formal for my school is coming up, the only problem i have is finding a dress.. i am 16 and my cup size is probably smaller than a 32 A. So does anyone have any suggestions on where to find any dresses that aren't halter tops or low V necks, something that is nice looking with out the need of boobies to hold it up.

What I like about this dress is that it throws the focus onto the legs: Formal Dress
You can have the V made a little higher by a tailor, if it's too low.
I'm still looking for a highneck halter with a tie at the back of the neck, which would be terrific for you.

How about this? It has the bra built right in: Halter dress

Or, here are separates. You could go with a long or short (flirty chiffon) skirt:
Formal top

This site has lots of dresses that would work for you: Dresses
