There are many recent posts on this forum about Amy and Matt heading for divorce court. Matt and Amy TOGETHER and last weekend they just finished their most successful pumpkin season ever at their farm.

The shows that have been aired so far for season 5 were taped over 6 months ago. Don't read too much into their relationship by what you have seen so far. Amy's recent response to a friend that told her after watching the season premiere that they were surprised she has not strangled her hubby yet was "It's part of life. We both make it happen and the ride is a roller coaster that is for sure".

Don't read too much into Matt and Amy's relationship status from just watching the show. Amy and Matt are very much together. Big Grin

They also both appeared on Rachael Ray's show in October and they seemed like their usual selves and happy to be together. What couple/family doesn't go through changes and have tiffs that result in the kids siding with one parent over the other? It's natural. Still, it's sad that the network is focusing on the strife.

If this is the case, then TLC is totally manipulating the viewers. Not nice and it may backfire.

I'm glad to hear both Amy and Matt are very much together and I hope they remain that way.

They must have a chemistry that has allowed their marriage to have lasted as long as it has and I'm sure they've had their ups and downs.

The first 15 years of their marriage was not under the microscope of the world watching their lives as it has since the show started and I just hope that the fame and celebrity status both have reached doesn't cause their marriage to be in jeopardy. If it does reach that point, I hope both would be smart enough to realize that perhaps their 15 minutes of fame have expired.

Just because a couple is still together it doesn't mean they don't have problems. Most of us are well aware that we are seeing things that happened months ago, because the twins have already graduated for one, and Spring vacations come in the Spring. Smile
