Hey everyone!
I don't know about you, but if I spot something meerkat in a store, I buy it immediately! It a real money-burning-hobby, but I can't contain myself! Books, clothes, jewellery, videos / DVDs, statues, posters, calenders, puzzles, cards, pencil cases, mugs... I could go on forever!

Please tell me I'm not the only one with an otherwise odd desire to collect Meerkat Stuff !

Oh yeah; don't get into too much detail, no photos (particually of yourself), nothing that could be harmful to your safety, it's a rule enforced by the Moderator, kay?

Join he meerkat collectors club lol! I have a family of plush meerkats, a calendar, a little collecatble of a meer mom and pup, and a sweet little pup made of concrete. I don't have the dvds though.

I have all the DVD's, Professor Tim's book, a meerkat shirt with Shakes and Mitch, 5 of the little figurines, a pendant, magnets, and a plush stuffed animal. Some of those items were Christmas presents, so I haven't spent a ton of money.

Lets see, I have five t shirts, two Flower shirts, one Rocketdog, one Kalaharia meerkats, and one with a meerkat that says, "mind your manor. I had a Mozart shirt, but I gave it to a good meer friend. My son has the Carlos shirt. The dvds, thanks to a friend. The book by Tim Clutton Brock, The Flower movie. Two of the small figurines, and one that is about a foot tall, with a pup that is about 8 inches tall.(A gift from a wonderful friend.) Also, last but not least a bumper sticker, that says, "Got Meerkat?" Oh and I have sterling silver heart charms with four paw prints, just like meerkats, that I make jewerly with. Iam going to get the Kolo movie soon, I hope. OOPS, almost forgot, I also have the Nat Geo issue, sept. 2002, with the article meerkats stand tall.

I got all the MM DVDs (four seasons and the movie) over several months. I have two of the meerkat dog toys AP released this summer, and three little meerkat figures from Brookfield Zoo, and one larger figure of a meerkat and pup from the Red River Zoo. Last Christmas I got the poster in the friends store of Savuka hugging Oriole, and the older forever friends calendar. I got the new one for my birthday this year. Neither had a long life as a calendar, as I took them apart and put them up on my wall. Now they, and some pictures I printed from the site, create a rather large meerwall.

For graduation I got a friends membership from my parents. I was much mor eexcited about that than the car they also helped pay for.

I forgot I had Tim's book and the Flower movie too! *hides my face in my paws with embarrassment* lol

GUILTYYYYYYYY! I have all of it! Thinking of even getting a new tattoo of a meerkat sillhouette I know thats spelled wrong!

I do! You have to clean the sand away from my bedroom doors to enter the burrow. Even my cats stand and look in, amazed.

I won't even begin to count my plushies, favorites from the San Diego & LA Zoos, figurines, framed poster, books, notepads, Zoo magazines, National & SD, my stained glass Chico panel and Flower & other meerkat suncatchers. Fluffernutter prints, meerkat jewelry, my beloved pup footprint cast in clay from FE. Of course the ECMS calendars and meerkat fan faces & all the DVDs.

Almost forgot...my "begging calls" cami...I luv it. I am wearing it now at work...under my lab coat!

No wonder I sleep on the sofa!

No one should be embarrassed...stand proud, but I don't let everbody see my bedroom immediately. I have to ease them into it very gently!

Only other meerkat involved kats understand our passions! LOL!!

ccatz what is FE and how did you get a pup pawprint? *I'm jealous* lol jk. Sounds so cute!!!

Hi marypatwhiskers...FE is Fellow Earthlings. Pam sells necklaces with meerkat footprints, adults & pups.I visited FE Sept.'08

The first time I saw one it was worn by a forum friend in a photo. I called it an amulet... They are made by a guy in either Australia or New Zealand. My memory needs to be refreshed.

I do not think they are sold online at Fellow Earthlings. At least they weren't last year.

The flight over was amazing! I still look at it wide-eyed!!!

I have tons of meerkat stuff. Can never get enough. A total of 20 figurines. The San Diego Zoo has lots and lots of meerkat merchandise to pick from. I bought a huge meerkat poster and an ornament from there. I have a poster of meerkats I bought at F.E. with the meerkat motto, a t-shirt with the same picture on it. I also have the print of a painting of Flower, which I just love. I have many meerkat gifts from a party I hosted to show the Flower movie in May 2008 and the dvd from the Nightline segment of that party. I have many meerkat coasters. One of my favorite things is a canvas bag that was a gift from Jerseykat for my work on the Chico Project for the meerkat Chico at the L.A. Zoo. The canvas bag has a picture of Flower and it is so sweet. I never use it but I put it on display in our den. I always have to have a meerkat calender and I also have a license plate that says MKAT MANR.....Love that. I have many meerkat greeting cards, and a meerkat puzzle. I have several plush toys, a card with meerkats dressed in wedding attire and all the female meerkats are holding flower bouquets. My husband got that card for our anniversary last year. It is adorable. I love my Flower book, her memorial book, all the dvd's, the paw prints necklace from F.E., but as of October 9th there were no more paw prints necklaces available at F.E. They are all sold out. I do not know if they will get more in. Maybe someone can send an email to F.E. to see if they will ever be available. I have enjoyed all of my visits at F.E. and looking forward to the two I have scheduled next year.

Most of all....I LOVE my Chico at the L.A. Zoo and his buddy Barky.

So I guess you can never have too much meerkats....EVER!!!!!!
