Jtutton: I had fun with the rover, young but cute and he didnt make me feel old at all... This is for all my meersisters out there that are in that dating game. I got this from my friend in Kansas and it is right on.

However, you can always become a rover, just a female rover. I have a good friend who got divorced many years ago. She's given up on the dating scene and just does things she wants to do. She's very comfortable with herself, though and I think that's key.
I hope all of our dating meersisters can find what works for them.
I tell my DM if anything ever happens to him, I'm becoming a rover. Will only go to their house, leave when I'm done, give them incorrect phone numbers, etc.
Heck, it works for lots of them, doesn't it?

I've been a rover for years now, and the charm has worn off, so now I'm working and going to school, and I'm pretty happy with my life, for now. Plus I've got my meerdog and 3 meercats that keep me company, and there are always friends to go visit, and naps to take, so with all of that, there is little time for a DM in my world. Perhaps someday...
Well, I hope that everyone had a quiet day. I had to work for a few hours this morning, but came home and took a 3 hour nap! Woohoo!!! I couldn't do that if there was a DM around, could I?!

Oh Angel, I have never really had a DM. I was in two long term relationships and by the time they ended I was ready. I didn't have any regrets about saying so long, see ya later. There's nothing wrong with being a rover. I don't even live with my so called DM now. It's like okay dinner is over bye. Sometimes it's just easier to be the main DF and not worry about a DM coming in the burrow at night. Besides, Honey Marie would tell she is the true DF in this house. Kat

I'm pretty happy all on my own, but it's very very very difficult making it financially and emotionally on your own especially in So Cal. It feels like I'm always working or studying or worrying about either of the above!! Must account for how tired I am all the time. I could use a week on a warm white sand beach...with a bottomless pina colada!!!
I was married twice, and don't have any intentions of repeating that activity. But, it would be nice to have a partner, someone to take out the trash and keep the other side of the bed warm on cold nights like tonight!!! teehee!!
