Hey ya Dave! Hey ILM, thanks for starting this thread for me, that was very sweet! Thank you everyone! I have to say it has been my pleasure getting to know all of you great people. To think it all started with one meerkat. Well for me it did, it started with Flower. I started watching the show from the first season, and finally took the plunge and started posting. Iam so glad I did. This has lead to some great friendships and of coarse even greater understanding of meerkats in the wild and in zoos. Iam thankful for all of my burrowmates!

Everyone has said such kind words about our burrowmate. I have to second everything that was said. She has become such a special friend to me. I'm grateful to have her as my friend.
Choclatine, you dont have to thank me, Kescha needed her boy to cry on. It is sad. Hugs to ya sister. For those wondering, Animal lover, started Paw Pals for her beautiful orange kitty Timothy. He passed away yesterday. He lived a good seventeen years, and he will always be remembered by many on Paw Pals, as "The Ladies Man". Hugs to your mommy Timothy, you will be missed.

Evening kescha..I sure hope your headaches are doing better!!!! I can't imagine the hubby having to drive around all day in that freezing rain, and black ice, yikes. I spent the day putting pet fresh all over and vacumning, so the babies have been moved to the dining room permantly..unless I am home..yuk, I was ready to move out.
Try to put some warm washclothes over your eyes, and lay down; maybe that will help with the headaches sweetie.

Hi Kescha. I'm sorry you are having those bad headaches again. I think my meds are starting to have some effect, at least I can breathe again as long as I don't try to do much. I still just want to sleep around the clock.
I am so bummed by the loss of so many of our pet friends. Thank you for letting me know right away. Don't worry, Shakes will still visit Kescha. Although I have a sister-in-law, that the minute I hear her voice on the phone, I know someone died. That's the only time she calls though. LOL
Hildy, so you are moving? Maybe one of those modern warehouse apartments, you know the ones with the concrete floors? Actually when I was raising sons, I always wanted a drain in the middle of the bathroom, so all I had to do was hose down the room when they were done.

Don't think that doesn't mean you don't have to come to the home burrow any more! But next time I'll bring the coffee here! And those insane three layer brownies
Oh dear Kokl...that is a good idea!! The concrete floor with the drain, I mean. I had to wash the babies little clothes today, so they could wear them tonight, since they are banned to the dining room. They look so darn cute in them, but do try and rip them off each other. Actually I looked today on Houses to Rent, in Missouri..found a couple that take pets. So am packing a few boxes daily. Thought I should try to rent, to see if I can actually take the cold. I was freezing today, and it is only down to 45 degrees...plus the babies love the sun...need to think about all that. I am so glad you are feeling better!! Hope you got my card.

Hi Kescha. Your sweet Kescha kitty should have all the beaus her little heart desires. Shakes will survive, girls are on the back burner for now. He's had a bad week, so he's back to sucking on his blanket. He hasn't done that for a long time.

Hi Kescha. How are things in your burrow? Chicken and noodles sounds so good. A good comforting meal is great holiday food. My sister always makes stuffed shells. Its here specialty and so yummo.

Hildy, good to know your ok. Iam afraid my shepherds would eat your babies, so if you ever do bring them, I need to know ahead of time, so I can put them outside. They go in and out and sleep inside. The DM has to work New Years day, so we have no big plans, which suits my mood just fine. Im not one for big partyies anymore anyways.
