Hey Josnaj, feeling a bit better everyday. It is sleep apnea that I have. The Dr said it dose not cause Migrains, but sure can make them worse. We may have thunderstorms next week, already. Lol, I used to watch football with my dad, and then we used to bet on the games, so I love football. The funny thing is my dms not too crazy about it. Haha. I do love the puppy bowl and the kitty bowl too.

Meergato, that guy that was on the beach sounds like a hoot. You gotta give him credit for tying I guess. It would be awesome to go the beach. I really miss that now. Keeping your furr babe Slyvester in my prayers. Like Josnaj said, please keep us updated.

Kecsha, my bro-inlaw has the sleep apnea too. They had him on some kind of sleep machine. Don't remember much else. Hope yours improves without this. I missed the puppy bowl, bummer! But I did watch the entire Eukanuba Dog Show, live from my old stomping grounds. Don't have a dog but I watch it every year. Paloma & Rosa like watching the doggies too We just got up to 60 today so it's almost beach weather - I didn't have to wear a cap over my wet hair this afternoon (shower at work). Whoo-hoo Hey I gotta celebrate when I can.

I got my mom to watch the Puppy Bowl this year. She and my dad liked Moose too. I liked him, the two beagles and one of the little black and white ones, I think the rat terrier. The Kitty Half time show was too much for my dad, my mom said he had to leave the room. The "streaker" was funny!

Yes that is our favorite Kalahari Kavalier with his wife Maple. Maple is actually her nickname as she is originally from Canada. At one time their wedding photos were on line....gorgeous, but have since been removed. Tom's new line of research is the same as his wife's. Sigh!!!!!

Hey Ccatz, the Dr said the machine wont get rid of my migrains, but they may not be as bad. The weather is what causes them. Iam willing to try it though. Hello Kescha and everyone!

Cordee, it was "Chocolate Night" at the Mary Kay party, so we had chocolate fondue with strawberries and cake. The makeup and cleansers were fun to try on. I used Mary Kay in the 1980's when I was a teen, but the products really have improved by leaps and bounds. I guess they invest alot in research and development. I like the Microdermabrasion and I actually use it. My friend, who is a Mary Kay rep, had recruited me and another friend for the party, as her "models." Overall, it was fun, the second Mary Kay party I had attended so far.

Whoo hoo, we reached the 60's here in my neck of the burrow, but it is supposed to drop back down tomorrow. Didn't rain, as had been previously forecasted, so I really did enjoy my day.

Josnaj, wow, chocolate and Mary Kay! That's a great combo! Sounds like fun, too. I love Mary Kay, it's great stuff. My husband talked me into becoming a rep a few years ago, I did it for a while, but I'm very shy and not good at the selling part. We've been warm too this week. I'm getting spoiled for spring! In my neck of the burrow, we are having a wind storm, winds gusting up to 40mph. In some of the surrounding areas, the power went out, and they had to let the pups out of school early. I am keeping my paws crossed for the power to stay on in my area. I had to go out in this today, and you could barely breathe, as the winds were hammering away at me with such ferocity. Oh, I do hope Kescha is okay.

josnaj: I called Kescha and she is ok. I am so glad.

I hope the winds die down soon for you guys. They can do so much damage. Very scary. It is a good thing that the pups were let out early. Better to be safe.

Hey Josnaj, I spent my Valentines Day with my furbaby's & some turtle cheesecake - I don't consider that alone! My prince charmings had 4 paws & meowed & let me watch my shows on the tube. They did like the Cats 101 episodes on AP - really got their attention.

Kescha, what do you think of our new digs? I think the type is too small, and I wrote a letter to AP telling them so. And at first I didn't like the brown, but I could grow accustomed to that.

Everyone, I want to tell you a story of a little kitty named Harper. She was adopted and she thought she had a good home. Saddly she was beaten to death and left to die in the bath tub. Here is a video from you tube about it. The video is not graphic or anything, just tells the story.

Glad everyone made it through the wind storms! I'm always scared a tree's going to fall on my house when they come. I think I can get used to the color on the forum, but I don't like the tiny type, it feels like I could strain my eyes trying to read it for too long. My sister and her husband adopted a dog recently, can't wait to see the little guy! Hard to imagine my sister with a dog, but it's more for the husband anyway.

Thank you Kescha for putting this on here and thank you to everyone who signed Harper's petition. You may have no idea how this helps Harper's case. I know how tough it is to watch or read about something like this. But something needs to be done and if you only sign the petition that is wonderful in itself. Our signatures may and could help just one animal and if that is what happens then we did a wonderful thing for that animal. Stricter laws need to be in place. If this woman walks it will be devastating to the next animal she adopts.

Also, when I spoke to the animal control manager last week in Prescott Valley, she was amazed at how this story got around. She is a very wonderful person and I do not envy her and the job she does. It has to be so hard and difficult to see what she must see each day. She thanked each and every one of us for stepping up to help little Harper. There are so many Harper's out there and we need to help them if we can. I will be talking with this lady again in a couple of weeks to see what has developed in the case as the case is still being investigated to see if other charges will be filed. I really hope so and I hope this evil woman is never ever able to adopt again. God Bless little Harper.

Janelle, your welcome, I will do whatever I can to help animals, and we do need justice for poor little Harper. So I hope everyone signs the petition. This woman can not be allowed to adopt any more animals.

Hey Kescha and Ladies, everyone on an extended roving expedition? Well, winter is finally winding down in my neck of the burrow, at least it is supposed to. We might get some snow next week. That groundhog sure knew what he was talking about. We tend to get horrific windstorms in the winter, and it feels more like the Arctic than anything else down here.

I may be out of the burrow next week sometime. I'm going to visit my sister up in New England for a little while. I'll let you guys know when I leave.
