My daughter is three years old now and I use oral B stages for her to brush with I wanted to know if it was ok to switch to reg toothpaste now. My concern is with her swallowing it.

Does she spit out all of the baby toothpaste? If you're not sure, stick with the baby stuff until you are sure. It does the job, no need to switch.
