Please revert to the way of the older episodes. The ones where Matt and Jon don't tell the family when they are going to break in the first time are definitely the best episodes. When I see the other ones, in which they just tell the family to watch the break-in live, it really isn't nearly as entertaining to watch, IMO.

First off, I like to see the reaction of the individual/family to first noticing something is wrong, which may be a missing car or even better Jon's vehicle parked outside. It feels a lot more dramatic, and the new episodes destroy that by letting the people know what is about to happen, and completely leave Jon to his own devices. Jon no longer has to worry about time, and only has to worry about nosey neighbors. It is fun to see how Jon copes with people coming home early, as in locking them in a room, shutting off the power, going through the room adjacent, or such.

Also, I enjoyed Matt's individual commentary on what was happening, and then only hearing the individual reactions of the families later. A big problem I have is that I don't enjoy hearing the families constantly saying "oh my god" over and over and over and over again, or whatever else their saying may be. When the episodes did it the old way, we would hear the most interesting commentary from the family, and get the best drama. Now we hear monotony from the family the entire time, and lose the entertainment of Jon having to be swift.

However, I also understand that it is not completely realistic when someone comes home early, because Jon will not be violent, like a regular burglar might, and the homeowners don't have to worry about that. I can also see that doing it the new episodes' way will reduce the chance of a false call to the police, but it doesn't happen on the show that often, from what I've seen.

If this show comes back on the air, it really needs to go back to the old way of doing things.

Also, if it comes back, please don't put spoilers in the "coming up" part. I don't want to know if Jon gets caught by the police, or if someone comes home early, or even if Jon gets back in the 2nd time. I especially don't want to know how he gets in the 1st time. That is part of the entertainment, and it feels like they were trying to reduce the drama by as much as possible by making such foolish errors and judgments.

Yeah, me too! I love that Matt is watching Jon for the first time just like we are and we get to see his reactions. Also I like having the family come home and be surprised, THEN go watch it on the monitors. That element of surprise makes for good viewing.

But most importantly - just PLEASE bring the show back!!!!!

The newer shows are the ones where the homeowner(s) don't know that Jon is going to show up. The shows are repeating again, so when you see them watching the breakin as it happens, you are seeing the first season.

I'd like to see some behind the scene footage. I bet there's a lot of problems that pop up. I've wondered if one of the reasons they switched to breaking in while they're away is because I'm guessing there's been a few home owners who dropped out before he got very far if they were monitoring it at the time. That would be a fairly expensive no show I'm guessing. This way the deed is done and they can only watch and freak out.

I'd like to see just how they convince anyone that they are on the up and up. Now that they are known I'm guessing it's easier, but in the begining what did they say that would get any to go along with having their home broken into. I would have thought it was a scam and never would agree before I got into the show.

Behind-the-scenes footage would be great - bloopers too. Somebody else suggested that they revisit previous homeowners to see if they are still using their security makeovers.

Maybe Discovery could do a 1-hour special along these lines? See how it goes over, then maybe go for a 3rd season???? Matt and Jon had such good chemistry with the good cop/bad cop thing.

What a waste to drop this show and keep Cash Cab!!!

Do you know what I would love? I would love to see Matt and John to switch places. I would love for Matt to break into a house and John do do the security makeover. That would be entertainment

ok i think if the show does come back jon and matt should switch positions for atleast one show because i have doughts that matt was ever a criminal offender

yeah i really liked that show i hope they come back but if they do they should just tell the people they're going to brake in for a tv show and leave than brake in

yeah i like when they surprise the family instead of telling them also. i dont like these old ones and i hope they come back on the air with new ones and think matt is just gorgeous!!
