Hey, I need tips on what workouts will do best for me...
I will be turning 16 on September 8th, I'm about 5'4" and 129lbs
I can't drive yet, and I'm at home most of the day so I was wondering what kind of workouts I could do right in my living room. I do want to lose a little weight but I'm really wanting to "tighten" everything... my legs, abs, and behind area.
If you have links to sites that can help with diet, at home workouts, etc. please post.
