Question:
Hi Sharon,

I love all of your workouts and am trying to get my mom involved as well. The problem is that she was in a car accident about 6 months ago and really injured her back. She has just been cleared by her rehabilitation therapist to exercise. Obviously she should start pretty slow, could you please recommend a workout for her? Do you think she should just start out with a yoga or pilates workout?
