Hey Everyone,

Just wanted to report that Sharon has a new 3 disc DVD set which just barely hit the market and is available at www.godvdonline.com . I have it and it's fantastic. It has tonnes of new content, over 500 workout combos and also stars Krista Popowych from the Carribean Workout and International fitness presenter Geoff Bagshaw.
