i am very new at this, i love the energy you bring to the show.do you really think only IN FIT people watch your show? you must,(or is it the camera man) how am i or anyone else expected to keep up w/ you or sparky? why not show more of the low impact person, so us NEW people can keep up and not become discouraged!!!!!!! can't make it past 5 minutes,feet get all tied up. it's easier just to go sit down or exercise with someone else.
