I've been doing the program " In Shape" for about 10 months and I look better than before having my two kids. I always recommend it to all my friends who claim "not having time to do exercise", I always tell them you only need 30 minutes to get in shape, I did it

Congratulations. I too have been working out to In Shape with Sharon Mann for 10 months and I am starting to see a difference too. I still have a ways to go but am pleased with the results so far. My only problem is my ding bat cable company did away with FitTV and now I am waiting formy Saron Mann tapes to arrive. Grrrrrrrrrr Keep up the exercising Rosanna. Hope to see your success story on TV somewhere.
