I was astounded to learn that Sharon is a mom of three, wow! Such an inspiration. I had a C-section 18 months ago and thanks to In Shape, I'm back to my pre-baby body (even smaller then after my son 10 years ago!)but I am very uncomfortable and concerned about the incision scar area. I have pretty flat abs now but that lump won't go away, you can see it in a bathing suit, sometimes even under close fitting trousers. It's pretty awful. I have talked to doctors and other C-section moms and they just shake their heads and give that sad smile. Am I really stuck with this bump?? I have worked hard and would like to feel confident this summer at the beach. Sharon, do you have any advice for this specific issue?
