Work at night from 11pm to 7:30 am.

Find it very difficult to find a workout plan that works well for me as well as a good eating program. Need to loose 15 pounds and just can't seem to do it. Although I try to eat a well balanced diet, put with my schedule it is sometimes pretty difficult.

I try to work out at least 3 times a week and walking 4 miles at least 4-5 time every morning when I get off work. Afterward I go to sleep and ususally get approximately 2-3 hours of sleep (just can't sleep any longer). Go to the gym usually by 4:00 pm workout for 1 hour (cardio and strength training, and abs). Go back to bed at 7pm and try to sleep another 3 hours, up at 10 pm to get ready for work.

Have any suggestions on how to achieve my goal.

I've heard that it is very hard to sleep after you work out because your body is more awake and pumped up. Try sleepnig first then working out maybe?
