I am about 5'1 160lbs and I have TMJ Temporal Mandibular Jaw Disorder, its translated as osteoperosis of the jaw and I get severe migraines when the pains come at me full force especially when I am doing ab crunches. The strain comes when my neck and my jaw interact with the way I try to correctly pull my upper portion half way up to crunch my abdomen. I do about 300 to 500 per day hoping to see some kind of shape...but not much has happened. I have cut out every kind of sugar out there and I have switched to eating whole wheat bread and maybe one maybe two slices a day NO more. I eat only veggies, allergic to any kind of fish and still no change in my weight. I need to lose alot of weight in the upper portion of my body (my chest is too big for my body frame. And I will be turning the big 30 and as I understand it and the way my mom keeps torturing this foolish idea that a moment on the hips and lifetime on the hips mentality, I am worried that my chest (breasts are getting bigger not smaller)the more harder I push myself to lose weight the more pain I incur on my jaws but I really really want to lose weight in the ab/chest area. I do 5lb weights with my arms only but still worried because I do not want to bulk up plus I can't fit into my blouses in the shoulder area. So I have resorted to pilates and core training workouts its been bout 2 months and I can't seem to lose weight in the chest and abdomen section which is my absolute problems areas. Can I ever lose weight in the breast/back portion of my chest EVER??? I use to be about 125lbs. I am working on getting to 125lbs and staying there if possible. What types of specific excercises could I do to lose weight in the back/chest and mid abdomen section???

I appreciate your help or reply to my question. Ms. Mann. Keep up the great work on your show just started watching it...Thanks a bunch.
