I have watched you for a couple of years now, I have always enjoyed your show. But I was wondering what in creation would make Terri want to go and snag wild crocs and to take on the responsiblities of not only mother-hood but also zoo keeper? I have always loved animals, but those are just to BIG for my taste. I wish you all well on the rebuilding of the zoo.

Steve,

When you jump in the water, mud, etc., you get out and go on your way !

Do you keep on the same pair of boots (shirt and shorts included Eek) for the rest of the filming, or is changing into another pair (of boots) something that we just don't see?

How do you manage to keep your feet and the rest of you (not including CHOMPS and WHACKS) in relatively good health through it all?

Best to you all from VIRGINIA, USA! Big Grin Cool

I am an investigative researcher and have always "tried" to balence and execute doing the right thing. As a former military officer once told me.

After "surviving" substandard living conditions in Cincinnati, Ohio in 2000. I felt like I was hit by a jeep in your movie. Although being in nice warm blue rabbit suit would have seemed nice I was forced to drive on. By intuition and gut instinct to help recognize the ever posing threat to world persons.

After returning from basic training, my life became instranged as I found out the possibility of a new railroad being constructed in my honor based on horific screams of pain and agony taped from my apartment in Ohio, due to some unseen force. Probably a ghost.

The initial Chinese notion of "got milk" seems like if its good enough for animals in a nursing stage then it should be good enough for people trying to nurish themselves back to good health. But if there is no economic or socio-cultural support then any eco-system or animal is at risk. Not to call myself an animal becasue I have been more akin to being called an android. Heartless, but true sometimes. Thats probably what keeps me sane in the aftermath of having Russians,Japanese, and Caribean people seek to gain advantage from a hard driving goal getter. Now I am left by-myself awaiting prosecution by a japanese service girl for only trying to reach out for sanity in our legal system for eventuall justice.

I cant beleive I went from being an OCS candidate, with the hopes of operating in humanitarian efforts in East Asia to being poor, beaten, shackeled, and downtroden. With only the fire of my spirt to keep me going. Having an association with an angel and trying to become a possible SOS leader only to be supported very little by a former teammate. Almost like your million dollar turtle I really appreciate your efforts.

I really think your efforts inspire a lot of thought, and creative insight for children in the concret jungles of today to learn and thrive. I would rather see kids today climb trees and examine the real world we were born into than wait to be traped by our high standard of living.

I used to play golf with a New Zealander, and bought a VCR from a Aussi girl in Japan. In comparison I think of the fosters commercial I would rather play golf with the All Blacks boy and the a Aussi shark than toy with your Aussi women. Maybe I just met a diamond in the rough to bad she was already taken.

I wanted also to say how much I appreciate your efforts in Animal Planet the movie. Most people who are not as innwardly strong as I may have acted more foolishly than expected by those who would seek to manipulate intelligence, or knowledge without others at a low level of knowledge actually knowing that they are being manipulated. I am knowledgable about the intelligence world because of insight, knowledge, experience, analytical ability, and preception that anything is possible and the world is a dangous place. As you know so dear in your own profession.

From shoe bombs on airplanes to bombs in the legal office of Yale with the US president so near. I feel as though I could have helped many soldiers of the Australian army in any East Asian terror attacks over the past two years, if only I were given the authority and resposability to intergrate in diciplined activities.

Currently I am very worried because I really love kids and people of the world, and recently I have had lots of personal items come up missing such as identification, trascripts, and clothing. I am very worried about the state of the world as previously mentioned, especially my own welfare as well.

PS My former Supervisor Dave and his children really love your show, if you have any contact with him please tell him I said hello, and cheers.

Yours Truely

It seems that Bindi is such a natural. Who does she take after most, Steve or Terri? I do want to thank you for all the wonderful shows. We love them. Also, when is the zoo web site going to be updated to show all the new additions? Keep going and kissing those crocs!!

On June 1st I watched an evening episode of crocodile hunter and I think it was in Central Austrailia. I wanted to know a name of a reptile. I think the episode was about the red sand. I saw red sand. This reptile ate ants. It was a small lizard with horns similar to a chameleon. Yellow coloring. Very bumpy. To me it looked like a mini triceratops. I really was intrigued by the little creture but I missed its name. I searched all over this site. Can you help me?

Dear Steve and Terri, My Name Is William, I have been watching your show with my wonderful wife and Daughter for several years now, and would truly like to thank you and your team for helping me keep my sanity at times. With all the worthless and sometimes disgusting shows on the air it is nice to be able to sit with my 6 year old daughter and watch a show that you dont have to tell her to close her eyes or cover her ears for all the sexually explicit programs on air, the sanity thing comes in when I was recently retired for medical disabilities from military service, I just turned 38 yesterday, and it drives me crazy much of the time when there is nothing to watch or do with my time I was injured on active duty with the United States Army and really dont have much to do with my time since most of it is spent in bed in pain and bored to death, my daughter which is close to Bindi's age keeps me going and we watch every episode of Croc Hunter and Diaries and anything else we can find that has to do with you and you zoo. I just wanted to say thanks to you and all your crew for giving me some pleasure in life with your great and wholesome family entertainment. The hardest thing to accept with my being retired medically is that I am so young, (38) I have a great wife and daughter and with them and your programs life doesnt seem quite as bad at times Thank You

Ever since I first saw your show, when it went on air here in the states, I knew what I wanted to do. And thats work at the Australia Zoo. I have 6 years experience working with animals, mainly reptiles. I also have a personal collection of about 60-70 animals. My freinds think I'm nuts because I say that you're my role model. I am big into consevation and educating people about wild animals. I would do anything to be able to work at the Australia Zoo. Even if i didnt get paid. I wouldnt mind doing it for the expereince. Im sure you get millions of people who say that want to meet you or work at the Australia Zoo. But when I say I do , it comes from the heart. I am very passionate about wildlife and I think you are the best in your feild. So If theres any chance of a guy like me being able to help out in any way please let me know.

thanks for everything you are doing,
nathan

I am writing this in response to my 5 yr old Alicia. She is a big time fan of the shows on Animal Planet, Most of all, yours in particular.

She has all types of crocodile stuffed animals and loves crocodiles and alligators completely, and as such, rarely misses the show when its on.

I work my hardest to encourage her in her love for animals of all kinds, my other children and family enjoy wildlife and nature greatly.

well, my question is, how does someone get involved in the taking care of animals like crocodiles? as she gets older, I have a true feeling her love for crocs will grow, and i would like to have answers for her, should she decide to proceed in that profession? can you give any helpful ideas?

Also, do you accept mail at the Austraila Zoo? I know you must get TONS of mail there, but I know my daughter would be really excited to get a letter and perhaps a picture from you. She keps asking me to send a letter to you, in possible response from you.

I would really appreciate a response, in particular, if possible, an address where she could send her letter to you.

Thank you greatly

My grandson, Alex, has been a fan of yours since he was a year old! Yes, a year! He rarely misses a show and loves your movie. He is looking forward to your swimming with the sharks. Second to crocs and gators are sharks! He specifically directed me to inquire as to how young you accept apprentices at the Australia Zoo. We are praying for Terri's dad. Keep up the great work...we'll be watching! Wink

I have just turned 13 and thank goodness I can send this to you. I live in South Florida and it is my dream to come to Australia some day and meet Steve and Terri. I have seen them in South Florida and I would love to know when and where and if you will be back here again. My name is Kyle Hunter Mills and all of my friends say I should have a show like you called Kyle Hunter. I catch ****er fish with my bare hands out of the canals here and they have measured up to 22 inches in length. Not bad huh? I also am famous for catching the Knight Anoles (a.k.a. Cuban Anoles) There are a lot of them here. I have even cought a legless lizard. I see aligators all the time too. Please let me know what your plans are and I will see if we can maybe meet up. I would just love that so much.
Thank you for your great show.
