I wonder if Kat's behavior at Miami Ink makes her feel guilty and that's why she doesn't correct her employees? If she refused to go along with what she was hired to do at Miami Ink, (tattoo in color and B&W, not blow off costumers, not get drunk, etc,) how can she ask others to behave as good employees?
She pulled a total "Ami was unfair to me because he didn't let me run my business how I wanted to in HIS shop", even though it was his business, not hers. Now in her shop, she can't very well make her employees do what they were hired for, since she refused to do that when she was an employee, and if she acts like a boss now and corrects them, she will be admitting that Ami was right.

What i don't understand is why do all the Tat show's start off so well then get into all the Drama junk. If thats what gets all of us watching why do the producers change what works to what gets the shows canceled. As smart as i thought Kat was i figured she would not want to go down the same road as Miami Ink did. But if you noticed it is right on the heels of Miami Ink.Plus the Hart & Huntington show did the same as well. All the pi**ing matches between the artists and the help is just crazy. I know darn well that if i went into a shop and all that junk was going on, I would not be getting any work done. I enjoy the whole experience of getting a Tat done and for the shop to expect me to pay to be aggravated is just insane! Why would a great artist want to be know as a "Great Artist but 1 heck of a Jerk"!
