The cigarettes! Smoking in the shop is incredibly unsanitary and just stupid. Isn't it illegal now in California to smoke in a workplace anyway?

Yeah, it is. In another thread I cited the tattoo specific laws from the county health department stating this (also referencing her drinking while getting tattooed also)
