Wow, seeing Kat's sister Karoline, is a watching faces of death, it is repulsive and hard to look at, and makes me feel sick after seeing it. I am not trying to be mean, but you got fine viewing with Pixie, then Kim, then Hannah, then BAMM!, this hidious ugly face appears with midget arms and legs on an oversized torso with a pot belly, she sounds like she just woke up, her mouth petrudes like an ape and it drops at the corners. If she must be on air, please have her wear a ski mask, or a knights helmet, or just blur out her whole body, please. She is SO, SO ugly.

yes I agree, seeing Karoline appear on screen is like watching a horror movie, only without the special effects that make a normal person look brutally ugly...and it is real. She looks aged beyond her years and lives in her younger sisters fame. She may be cool in real life, but please, just wear one of those lucha libre wrestlers mask when the camera is on.

I hate to pop your bubble but they don't look all that diffrent without makeup. Take a look at Kat in the hospital without make up and look at her sister. They don't look all that diffrent

Karoline and Kat look exactly the same! Their mouth is identical and they sound the same to. I dont see what is wrong with her either...I love them both. Stop hating.

I think Kat and Karoline look pretty different, they sound the same, like crap (from smoking I am assuming), but I just don't jump back in my seat when I see Kat the way I do when I see Karoline. Her absolute ugliness is just so overwhelming, I won't even let my kid watch the show when she is on, the show should be rated tv MA just for showing her hidious wreck of a face.

I agree with the last post, but I think the two sisters do look alike; I can't put my finger on it, but Karoline is so much more uglier than Kat, or almost any woman for that matter.

I don't see how they share the same genes, or jeans, Karoline outweighs Kat by about 100 lbs even though she is like 2 ft shorter and a few years older. I'm not trying to hate, I am sure she is cool, but she really should wear a bees keeper mask when she is in public.

You guys are right about the make-up, it definitly fits Kat, and I think if Karoline wore some more it would look better. Maybe like a mime, that way we could not actually see her face, and we wouldn't have to hear her deep, raspy, manly voice.
But I still think if she just wore a welder's mask out in public instead, it would save a lot of time. But hey, how about the way Kims been looking, pretty good...pretty good.

Well once again Karoline was shown on camera, and a tattoo documentary becomes the sickest most repulsive horror movie since the Exorcist. Can anyone dispute the fact the she has no chin, her neck attaches directly to her face by two rolls of fat. She dosn't even open her mouth when she talks, she mumbles out the side of her pertruded mouth, if she had a stroke then please excuse me.

If she wore one of those Lucha Libre mexican wrestler masks when she is on camera, and maybe a big overcoat be hide her constantly bloated lower belly and out-of-proportion midget like limbs, that would be perfect. She is probably a likeable person, I just want her to wear a mask to hide her ugly face when she is in public.

I agree with the last comment, it is a bit straight forward but completely accurate. I don't know about wearing a wrestlers mask, it would have to strap under her chin and as you pointed out, she just has one big huge fat neck where jaw and chin line shuld be. I think se would be more at home on a reality show about freak show circus acts, not tattoos.
