i am new to the flipping, actually i havent done any flips at all. i am currently finishing up a class in real estat apprasial. i am seeking opportunities in the chicago are for flipping and am also looking for "legitiamte" private invesrors. if anyone is an experienced chicago flipper and can offer any information, it woud be greatly appreciated

As a seasoned " flipper " and a general contractor for 20 years. " private investors " you want are nearly impossible to come by. In the chicago area I would look for a co-op or a single with 2 flats. Look on the edges of the projects. I know it'sa ruff area but for a 1st time flipper you can get a beat up place for under 80K. Look to make pocket change on your 1st flip not millions. Get the expirence to show potential invetstors you can get it done, in a timely fashion, under budget and sold fast.
