Hi Guys, I'm new here. Like most of you I'm thinking of getting into flipping. I'm looking at a house that MAY contain mold or water damage. Should I stay away from it or use it to get the price lowered?
Mold is a big problem. You could get into huge costs strying to stop what ever moisture problem there is. I would say for your 1st try. Pick something simple. Not to mention you would have to disclose that the house had a mold problem that you had to take care of. People that have severe allergic reactions can die from mold spores. I see it as a liablity nightmare.
