I tried to watch it today and I can't click on it! I tried on three different browsers and on each one it says "URL not found" on each one when the button is clicked. Has anyone else had the same problem? I need a mod or anybody who can help.
No, I know already that restarting doesn't work. And if I come back another time they won't be playing MM. Oh well, guess I missed the first episode of Season 3!
Yes, I did go in through the sidebar. That's the only way to go into it. My computer is really bad when it's on the animal planet website. It never used to be like that. I don't know why. Anyway, I have no way to get into it.
I just went in to check and it works fine. Even the commercial!
Basically you've been informed that the server cannot find what you want. It doesn't tell you why, how to fix it, or where to go from that point. You really don't have much choice but to hit your BACK button, and try again.
I am not a computer person so I do not know anymore than that.
Do you have dial-up? Sometimes it takes so long to load it times out which may be a 404 error altho I really do not know for sure.
I tried to get it to work on the other computer I have, and it's just not playing. I click the button and nothing happens. It just reloads the same page. I'm confused.
The problem is fixed. I am now using it on the other computer with a newly dowloaded program. It now works fine. Please do not post anymore on this topic. Leave it to die. Thank you.
To those of you who have the same problem, here's how to fix it:
Make sure you are on an XP or Windows 2000 computer. Next, click Help once you are on the streaming video player on the Animal Planet website. You will notice when reading it it needs Service Pack 2. If you don't have it, search for it on the web and download it.
The first time I used the player, it worked great. I was very pleased with the quality. Now when I click the "launch" button, I simply hear that nasty Windows error grating sound. I'm using Vista and a cable modem. Any suggestions?
I thought it might be a popup, so I changed to "Popups okay," but it didn't help. I get that same crunchy Windows error sound when I select "help" or "feedback." It doesn't seem to want to follow a hyperlink. Mod-Kelly, can you help? I can't contact anyone through the site because of this issue. Thanks!
