Trading Spaces has shown hanging chairs in some of the bedrooms they have redone. Any idea where to find one? Help. Daughter wants one for her birthday.
What kind of hanging chair are you talking about? Offhand, I don't remember any from TS episodes. They sell canvas, sling-type hanging chairs at patio/porch furniture stores, at Target and at craft fairs. My niece fell in love with someone's wicker type hanging chair and wanted one, and was shocked to find out they cost 2-3 hundred dollars. She found them at Pier 1 Imports, at furniture stores, and also online by Googling "wicker hanging chair," even though I think its actually rattan, and not wicker. I think she ended up buying it while she was on vacation at the Jersey Shore, at a wicker outlet store in Cape May, NJ. I don't remember what she paid for it.
Edited to add....this was five or six years ago, so there may be even more places that sell them....or less.
