There is a red area on my face that starts at the beginning of my nose, between my eyes, and stops farther down. There is a very defined line where the color of my face changes. This is a picture of it.

I've been told there is some sort of bleaching cream that would even out my skintone and get rid of the redness. I'm not sure what I should look for though. Can anyone help?
