Hello, first i would like to thank any and everyone for any responses i may receive.
The problem is, my skin is pretty damaged and uneven. When i was young, i had this dark spot near my nose. As i got older, i began to attempt to treat it. At one point, i was using a product with hydroquinone. Upon research, i read that Kojic Acid would be better for your skin. So i tried one product and it damaged my skin even more(yes, i did the 24 hour test). Now a much larger area is damaged. I have since switched back to a product with hydroquinone but i am wondering if there are better ways to get an even skin safely.
I use a lemon whitening cream from this site. www.worldofentertainment23.com/skinwhiteningproducts.htm it starts to lighten within 5 days and its natural. I have before and after pics of when I was using it just email me at shel3811@aol.com
Firstly using substances derived from vitamin A like retin-a or tazarotene, to reduce inflammation of the skin and to unplug pores. Retin-A can cause skin reddening at first but this is quite normal as the skin's blood supply is improved and younger looking skin begins to appear presenting a youthful complexion. Using a product that includes zinc will also help the vitamin a function better. you can find more information at http://www.nutrition4yourskin.co.uk/
i have used a skin rejuvenation serum called Lumos as I also had bad skin as a result of genes and the dreaded cigarettes. it really worked for me. the lumos people claim it's all scientific and i am sure it is, but i just wanted something that worked. whilst you cannot ever get rid of scaring, my skin in general looks SO much better now. it's clearer, brighter and looking fab. Lumos is a bit more expensive than what you'll find on the high st but it's so good!
