I have these small clear raised bumps on my cheeks(face). I have tried many products!!! theyare not itchy and do not turn into pimples.Any ideas would be muchly appreciated!!!!!
I have bumps on my face and also neck. My doctors told me that they are sebaceous cysts. (I don't know how to spell that correctly) The are like clogged pores--only they don't unclog easily. Sometimes they break open. I have been searching for a plastic surgeon for over three years to have some of them removed. If anyone knows of an easier way to get rid of these, I would really like to know.
Firstly using substances derived from vitamin A like retin-a or tazarotene, to reduce inflammation of the skin and to unplug pores. Retin-A can cause skin reddening at first but this is quite normal as the skin's blood supply is improved and younger looking skin begins to appear presenting a youthful complexion. Using a product that includes zinc will also help the vitamin a function better. you can find more information at http://www.nutrition4yourskin.co.uk/
BAZ is right. Vitamin A is good for acne, but there are more you can do to help it.
Vitamin A is in charge of the maintenance and repair of the tissue which the skin is made of. It strengthens the protective tissue of the skin and reduces the sebum production, that's why deficiency in vitamin A may cause acne.
Another main factor for acne is stress and anxiety. In order to relieve you can take Vitamin B. Vitamin C is in charge of hundreds metabolic functions in the body. Among those metabolic functions you can find the growth and repair of the tissue. And last but not least, Vitamin E, which enhances healing and tissue repair.
