Hello people, I'm of Asian skin, have a mostly rice for dinner diet and is going crazy over my skin. My skin has been like this ever since, 2 years ago and it's just not going away. I've seen so many people with wonderful skin, and at my age. But my skin really is driving me nuts. I feel inferior because of it, I can't bear to walk past mirrors, I don't even dare to look at cosmetics. What am I doing wrong? I wash my face twice to thrice a day, depending.

Somebody, just point me in the right direction, please please please.

I have photos of my forehead area, chin area, left and right side of my face.

do you have oily skin?

if so, washing your face so often is just making your skin produce more oil. you wash off the oil and the skin panics because its protection and moisturizer is gone so it turbo-produces more to make up for it.

just wash your face once a day.

i also have a natural rememdy for acne that has worked wonders for me.

in a blender mix about a 1/4 c. shredded green cabbage leaf with about a 1/4 c. witch hazel (found in the cosmetic dept. of any grocery store. it's clear and looks like rubbing alcohol) and about a tespoon of lemon juice from an ACTUAL lemon, not the stuff from concentrate in little bottles. you can even take a fine grater and grate off the zest (just the yellow of the skin, dont get any of the white in there) and add that instead.

blend it all together until the cabbage is shredded to a fine pulp, then strain it through a fine seive (i use pantyhose) pour it into a sealable container and refrigerate it. apply to the face with a cotton ball twice a day.

its not an overnight miracle cure, but it DOES work.

My son had horrible acne and had it for years. There is a cheap homeopathic acne gel that WORKS! We had tried proactive and all of the other expensive stuff and NO RESULTS. Now he is begging me to keep this cream in his bathroom and his skin looks great. You can try a sample at http://www.seaportbeauty.com a weeks worth. Just name your price of at least 4.95 for the sample and we got a weeks worth.
Good luck!

Don't despair! I might have the perfect solution for your skin and it's really cheap!!!
My son had the same problem as yourself and seemingly worse than yours if I take a better second look at your photos, and it disappeared FOREVER in a relative short time

Check this out and good luck:

Firstly using substances derived from vitamin A like retin-a or tazarotene, to reduce inflammation of the skin and to unplug pores. Retin-A can cause skin reddening at first but this is quite normal as the skin's blood supply is improved and younger looking skin begins to appear presenting a youthful complexion. Using a product that includes zinc will also help the vitamin a function better.
