I have oxema on the back of my arms i used to use lotion but when i turned 18 my hands started to react to even to mildest lotion Please help

It is eczema. If you do a search on the web with that spelling you will turn up lots of information. I had it a long time and the final cure was from a doctor in the form of tape to apply that kept the medicine in skin contact constantly. But it was so long ago that I don't remember the medecine name.
