We love Cash Cab, primarily because it's a game show that the contestants didn't ask to be on.

And when there's money riding on it, it's even more fun and exciting.

So my friend and I regularly bet on the outcome, for a buck. When new contestants enter the cab, the winner of the last wagering round calls out the amount he thinks they'll win. The others can take the bet, or call it a sucker bet and decline. If you take the bet, the contestants have to beat the amount wagered, or you lose. The video bonus can change everything, so you never know until the end. Lots of yelling at the TV.

I'm currently down $3. I'll get it back.

To clarify loose language on my part: The wagerer wins if the contestants meet or beat the wagered amount.

We decide who wagers first by Rochambeau (rock/paper/scissors), but dice or a coin-flip will achieve that that nicely.

Also, you can simple it down to a bet on kicked-out or not.
