When I went to New York, all I did was look at all the taxi numbers. Saying to myself, "7N78 7N78 7N78 7N78 7N78 7N78 7N78 7N78!?"
The whole time!!!!

It may refer to the capacity of the vehicle.Unless the show has a maximum of people allowed on board,that particular minivan can carry 7 people.
I thought it meant "7 in,7 out".

7N78 refers to Ben's age. He was 7 years old in 1978

I have also seen others on these forums say that Ben's hat size is 7 7/8", though I think it's related to him being 7 in 1978.
