I'm an avid "Survivor" Fan and have always wanted the producers of that show to do something like this, Please consider me for the next season. Or please let me know how to sign-up for an upcoming season.

Good grief, I wish the producers would make a clear statement about this. With the success of the show, there will almost certainly be another season. But everyone should know that they selected the first volunteers from applicants who responded to notices that were posted in certain stores and businesses in just a few parts of this country. There never was a nation-wide announcement and application process.
