I have a 8 month old molly and she is a mix between white and black molly i call her cookies. Unfortunatly she is showing signs of flashing and or glancing and she has just started to do it. My black molly,Oreo has just had babies i only saved two because when i found them i hadn't known she had her babies. Can Cookies possibly be having this because of the ammonia im very worried for her. So anyone that can offer advice please do.

You need to give more information. Things like, What size tank it is, how often do you do a water change/gravel siphon, do you add salt to your tank, do you have a heater?
If you are at all concerned with your water quality take a sample of your water into a Pet'Smart, They will do a free water test to make sure nothing is hurting your fishies.
