Congratulations!

Your fish will need to be separated or the babies (fry) will get eaten by the others. You can't feed them regular fish food so you will need to talk to the pet store people to get some live food such as wingless fruitflies or bloodworms. As the fish grow you can start with the flakes but don't let them in until they are almost fully grown or at least big enough so they won't get eaten or harassed. Make sure the mom has plenty of food too because she will be craving protien and may not get enough food. If you don't have a holding tank, then you should get one quick because as far as I know, we don't know how long she's been preggers so just get a holding tank and put her in there until the job is done and the fishies are all grown up!
