It took me over an [i]hour[/i] today to clean up all the rumors on Wiki. I go there almost every day and get rid of all t6he fake stuff, but today was just...GRR! Anyone else try to straighten things out?

I have, but not recently. I saw where one entire site, Wiki's Meerkat Manor 2, is to be deleted due to the falsehoods.

Yeah, Meerkat Manor 2 is the breeding place for vandalism. It gets spread around.

I checked the Wiki Meerkat Manor page today and there is a rumor on there that the Lazuli have gone missing. However, this is Wikipedia we're talking about so take it with a grain of rock salt. Still, I hope and pray they are OK.

You are right about Wiki, but it often has verifiable facts. This is not a total "untruth" as it is probabaly based on the fact there is no mention of the Lazuli in the Season 3 episode guides so in essence they have gone missing. It may be they do not factor into Season 3 as it is the Commandoes giving the Whiskers major troubles. We will just have to wait and see if they are mentioned at all.
Another factor may be that since the Whiskers are in new territory, they may not pose a threat to each other so the Lazuli go their own way.

You're right, Atilla! It certainly stands to reason that because they moved to a different territory, they would no longer be in contention with the Lazuli but rather their new neighbors, the Zappa.

Actually, the "Meerkat Manor 2" page is a user page, and it's a single person who edits it, if I remember correctly. I remember warning him for what he did(along w/ a few other people) but he simply made a new account. I've been trying to get rid of vandalism, too, though I haven't seen any vandalism recently, except for a time when somebody replaced the Whiskers Family info with "ZDf567Sa887^$%$!"

Yeah, come to think if it, I did notice the Lazuli weren't in the S3 episode guide. . .hopefully they're just "missing" from S3 and not actually, ya know. . .missing.

It seems for the most part its disolved except on user pages...Except for someone who keeps putting Einstein dies of starvation. Also, I found the FUNNIEST thing ever on a user page:

"Aya, he is lola's partner. he has a girl name. Boo Hoo."

I couldn't contain my laughter when I read the last sentence. Of course I had to delete it and fix up the page again. I've sort of become in an alliance with Meerkat Manor more info and I help him/her clean up the page with correct info.

LOL! Another hilarious thing I found on there is that the author is insisting that one of the new pups is named "Pakistani". And the person who wrote it was like, "Pakistani, it's 4realz, I'm not makin this up." Or something like that. Gave me a good laugh, but hopefully it's cleaned up by now.
