I always thought it was strange how they don't change the intro more often.

I mean Hannibal has been in the intro for 6 weeks, and he makes his first appearance in week 7.

AP is so silly!

It will be so bittersweet to see our HanniBob, knowing he is now at the Rainbow Bridge.

The season is kind of odd, Tonights episode was not about the Whiskers at all. Maybe AP is testing the waters, maybe they are not sure where the show will really go.

I agree, odd that a member of the intro does not show up in an episode until 1/2 way throught the season.

But most of the meerkats in the intro are normally brougth in quicky. I love it That hannibal got a plce in the song.

Everytime I think of Hannibal I see the KMP photo of him standing on the volunteer's arm looking like every other sweet meerkat. His ominous character is a creation of AP filmdom.

On the issue or radio collars? I wonder how they decided weather the DF or DM get the collar?

My understanding is the collar is to locate and track the mob only, not designate dominance. Although we have never seen it I have been told Zaphod has also worn the collar.

In some cases even a sub male or female has worn it.

In the majority of the case it is the D-F who really leads the family, but Hannibal just had to have the collar for his film shots. He is Hannibal after all!

In the photo pancakeluvr mentions he is not wearing a collar.
