Does anyone have examples of Kats that were Last Seen one month and actually showed up later on. It seems to me that once you are listed as Last Seen you are "history"
The November 2007 LHR lists the Whisker females Hawkeye (VWF072), Cruise (VWF075), Petra (VWF083), and Cheetara (VWF103) as last seen. The following month all four returned as members of the new group Baobab. There may be other cases, but that is the only one I am aware of.
I think Suggs may have come back once from Last Seen, although I can't be sure without LH reports around the November 2006-January 2007 area. The book listed him as dead, it later it turned out he was in Hoax (it's been implied Sophie and Buster met up with him some time after he had disappeared with Izzy), so it looks like he had reappeared in a new group after the book was written and it wasn't updated for Hoax.
Sadly, Suggs has fallen victim to it again. Perhaps he can do the same thing as last time? At the very least, he's got a pretty good chance of just being in a wild group, like Mitch.
I'm concerned about Tosca's boys Flava Flav and Jogu too. Please stay in the area, guys! I know many of us can't wait to find out who the mysterious habituated Gecko is. Is it someone we know and love? If so, it will be Party Time! Let's hope she stays in the group until the researchers can resume habituation and scan her ID chip. Fingers and toes crossed...
I wish the ex-Whiskers Flava Flav, Pozzo, Jogu and McMurphy would join the Geckos. They have demonstrated an interest in Commando females and the Geckos have two ex-female Commandos. A development like this would probably make the Geckos worth monitoring again.
Although this is an unlikely event, I do hope these ex-Whiskers are at least mentioned as appearing at some of the habituated groups when the February Life History Report is posted.
Wow she said as she picked herself up off the floor and made ready to travel the the FKMP site. What a gift! As for the choice between "Commandos" and "whiskers", let's just say my choice won by a Whisker.
