Well its now August.4th and we all know what that means. ITS ONLY 6 MORE DAYS!!!! Till SEASON 3!!! As we get closer to the episode it is going to be wonderful to see our favorite Whiskers once again. This season is going to be sad to see our Iron Lady pass away. But it is also going to be a good season to see our Whiskers and the other mobs. I would like to know your thoughts on how you are preparing for it. 6 MORE DAYS!!!

Yesterday I read a post by west_coast_meerkat who said she was going to have her own marathon watching her DVDs of Seasons 1 & 2.

I think I will retreat into myself, quiet thoughts about all that has gone before, what I know the future will hold and what I speculate will happen.

At first I thought I would "guard my heart" as suggested by Newman, but then decided to treat it very gently leaving it open to all that comes even the tears for tiny Flower.

Yes this is in the past, but I do believe her spirit will feel the anguish of all of us who love and weep for her. Flower, in her way, may even comfort us on that night as we sit with candles lit.

I hope for so much from Season 3, but know there is much I will no longer have.

There will be much that is new and exciting and present us all with the challenge that the Whiskers will never be the same and neither will we.

I too started a Meerkat Marathon! Finished Season 1 yesterday morning, now time for Season 2!

I am having a MM marathon myself. I finished my dvd season 1 today and now I am getting ready to watch season 2 I just can't wait and see wat really happens in season 3 I hope it isn't to brutal.
