I could not beleave it she droped him to save herself.Punk is dropping her pups and flower is giving up her life for hers.No df will ever be as great as flower.
I am so glad they did not kill Axle!!! Mitch is turning out to be a great DM in training. The Whiskers are such a special group. Flower accepting Axle into the Whiskers was very touching.
i personally agree mitch is awesome and someday will be a great DM. I was shocked they didnt kill axle we will have to see how this unfolds unfortunately if they werent so worried about axle flower might have lived
I think it was becouse Lola wasnt strong enough to keep and carry him, but it worked out for them axel is safe and lola who would have probably been killed or severely injured and axel if she was still trying to carry him would have been lost in the mahem to.
By the way, that wasn't Mitch who picked up Axel. It was Logan, Mitch's brother. I'm waiting for Youssy to confirm it. Pronker gave us their markings, but Youssy has better eyes than I
Are we sure that Axle is Punk & Houdini's pup? Flower had just given birth to her pups by Houdini. And, some time passed before Punk & Houdini got together, so, going by that timeframe, it's more likely that Axle is Lola & Frank's pup. In any case, I'm just glad he was rescued.
Given how sick Lola was after being bitten by a snake, it doesn't surprise me that her strength ran out and she couldn't carry a pup as long of a distance as some of the other meerkats could.
I don't know, in real time, how long after being bitten it was before the encounter with the Whiskers happened and Lola dropped Axl (that's how his name was spelled in the closed captions, anyway). But I know that the venom did some damage to her system before her body cleansed the poison and she began to recover. That's the nature of venom. Her strength and stamina might not be 100% of what they were prior to the snakebite, at least not yet.
If that's the case, no wonder she couldn't save both Axl and herself.
Gabey, you're right, it couldn't have been more than 4 weeks and poor Lola would still be weak from the snakebite. So, please let's not blame poor little Lola, especially since we have no way to know if that was Lola in the first place. Or if that were the Zappa at all.
