Okay, I've been gone for a long time I know, but I'm back now and I had a few questions. First of all, is Attila still alive? What happened to him? Second, how is Zarathustra/"Zorro". Is he even still alive?
I don't know about Attila, but I do know that Zorro is dead. A bird of prey killed him at the end of season four. Before his death he helped Rocket Dog at the Whiskers by being her DM for a while, then went to the Commandoes and became the permanent DM there until his death. Hope this helps!
Baker was renamed Attila on MM. He joined the Commandos with his brothers, and nephew in October 2007, and he became the DM for a short period of time after Zorro (Zarathustra) was predated in February 2008. He lost his dominance in April 2008 to his brother Miles (Achilles as a pup on MM). He died of TB (I think he was euthanized) in May 2008. Zorro was the first Whiskers DM of the Commandos, from October 2007 to February 2008.

Baker, and Miles were littermates. They were born on the 26th of August 2005. Baker was less than three years old when he died. Miles was euthanized in January 2009, along Zorilla. He was almost three and a half. They all had TB. Zara was born on the 22nd of February 2004. He was four when he died.
Zorilla was pregnant once when Baker was the DM, but she aborted this litter that could be his. At least one female (that was not evicted after the Whiskers males arrived- Zorilla evicted many), Beatrice, one of Zorilla's daughters gave birth to four pups in February 2008. They were probably the offspring of any of the Whiskers SMs- Baker was one of those. Three survived until early summer of this year. They were the females Kili, and Cho (that was wearing the radio collar at the end), and the male Everest. Kili, and Cho died of TB in June 2009. The rest of the group showed external signs of TB, and the Commandos were last seen in June. There is a slight possibility that Baker might have fathered pups as a rover before he joined the Commandos.
Baker roved once to probably a wild group in the summer of 2007, and twice to the Commandos in September 2007. He joined the Commandos in October 2007.
