I received TCB's book on May the 7th. In the first 2 days I read 190 pages of the book! I only stopped there because it was the beginning of chapter 9, Queen of the Desert. I knew this chapter & the Epilogue would be some painful reading!

Wonderful & insightful reading with stunning pictures! The photos were so vivid that they just seemed to leap out of the pages!

I was surprised to find as many obvious errors as I did though. Mostly concerning dates. For instance: In the paragraph just below Chronology of Flower's Life, I saw 3 errors. page 228. The wrong years on Mozart's & Badiel/Tosca's Litters. Flava Flav (Badiel/Tosca's son) being mentioned as "Flower's two-year-old nephew". Is Mozart's son (VWM105) named Willow or Wollow? I wonder if the same errors were in the hardback (UK) version released way back in October 2007?

I was also astonished how there were no photos of Badiel, Mozart, Shakespeare, Kinkaju, De La Soul & more in "Flower's Offspring" picture section.

Please don't get me wrong, I'm not complaining in any stretch of the imagination! I'm just a little confused about how these occurrences could come to be.

They don't have pictures of Shakespeare, Mozart, etc. because TCB went to the Whiskers and got pictures of them in 2006, I believe, I'm probably wrong though. He took an individual picture of each member of the Whiskers at the time.

It took you 2 days? It took me about an hour! XD

I am aware of that Youssy! He mentions that in the same paragraph that he call Flava Flav Flower's nephew.

There are quite a few mistakes, considering it was written by the manager of the project!

i was also quite surprised that TCB himself did not catch those errors.

It has taken me two years to sign onto this forum, but FINALLY it accepted me! YEAH! No longer a lurker shall I be.

Two years! That is strange! I have the book a couple of weeks and I can't bring myself to read about Flower's death - just can't.

TBC said in the weekly video clip regarding TB that "last year, after Flower's death, one of her sons caught TB, and he had to be removed and euthanized", because he was in the latter stages of the disease. We know that Murray was the kat that was euthanized in January 2008. But Murray is not Flower's son, but her grandson. He was part of the mixed litter, mothered by either Flo, Ella, or Petra.
