where can you do war games?

are you talking about wargames like military exercises in war planning and stuff like that like moving units on a map and fighting a war across a long front.

i don't know anyplace you can do that but there is a computer game like that. it is about ten years old but i can't remember the name. you can chose any country in the world and you run their economy, military, and control political stability. you then try to fight wars and gain territory to conquer the world. and you just move units around on the map to fight the war. you can also control your countrie's nukes if they have them. all of the facctors like economy and political stability affect how well you fight.
