Hi guys and girls... this is my piece i got done in Jan 2008 by Steve at Chapel Tattoo, Australia. It was a cover up/add on to a current tattoo i had. Meaning to me is that frangipanis are perfection and water being the sea/waves... dream is finding the perfect wave..
