i have a balance ball but i'm not sure it's filled up right; can anyone tell me how maney lbs. of air to put in?

I know my ball came with directions on how much to fill it. I don't think it goes by pound pressure. I know mine came with a band of plastic like material and I was to wrap it around the ball to determine the fill. It's better to have it under pressure rather than over pressure. You don't want it to be too firm....

the thing about it is; when i see the people on fittv with their balance balls they're seen frimer than mine; that why i'm not sure it's filled right.

I have read that the firmer the ball the more difficult the exercise. I would check with thw manufacter on the max pressure. hope this helps
